Señorío de la Tautila Rosé is made with Airén grapes from the vineyards of La Mancha, where it ferments to produce a high quality wine that is de- alcoholised just before bottling. This allows to preserve its organoleptic characteristics, only taking away the alcoholic and caloric content of this rosé of generous fruity and floral expression, of great freshness. It is made from the same grapes as the red but is kept in contact with the grape skins for less time.
